Depending if you are net7 or net30 will determine when your payments are processed.

Net7 payments are processed by the afternoon Central Standard Time.

Net30 payments are processed on the last day of the month by the afternoon Central Standard Time.

Be advised that payment days may be shifted if the payment day is a bank holiday or a weekend.
