Your crypto payment could be delayed for a number of reasons:

1 The invoice is not due yet

Crypto payments can't be paid early. They will be paid on their due date.

2 You didn't submit a correct USDC ERC20 wallet address

If you know you submitted the wrong wallet, message our team and we'll correct it when we process payments.
Otherwise, Curt will reach out when payments are processed to get the wallet address from you.

3 You have too many addresses on file

Wallet addresses for crypto payments are limited to 3 per person.
If you have submitted a crypto payment with a 4th address, you will be asked to choose one of your other addresses already in the system.
There are no exceptions to this rule.

4 Our crypto payment processor is down

This can happen as they update their website.
We have no control over their site, and payments will go out as soon as possible once the site is back up and running.
A dash alert will inform you if this is the case.

5 It's outside of US Central Time business hours

All payments are processed Monday–Friday during business hours.
Please be patient as we log on and get all payments sent out.

6 Payment requests need to be submitted by Monday at 10am CST (UTC-5)

Requests submitted after this time will be processed the following Monday, causing a delay.
