1 Eligibility Requirements

Not all affiliates will be eligible to receive a payment in crypto. In order to be eligible for payments in crypto the following must be true:

  • You have received at least one payment from us in the past 90 days through a payment method other than crypto
  • You have an invoice that is due for payment
  • Your invoice is greater than $65

If the above requirements are not met, you will not be eligible for payments in crypto and will not have the ability to request a payment in crypto on an invoice.

2 Requesting a Crypto Payment

If you're eligible for payments in crypto, please read below for the steps to take in order to request a crypto payment.

  1. Go to the 'Payments' section in your dashboard and set your payment method to 'Hold My Payments'. If you fail to do this, your payment will be sent using the default payment method that you have set even if you requested payment in crypto (see screenshot below).

  1. Once you click 'I Agree', you will receive an Email from us to verify the request. Once you have verified it, our team will work on processing your crypto payment within 1 business day of the invoice's due date.

3 Other Details

  • Payments will be made on the same date that we run payments for your payment frequency. For example, payees with Net 7 payment terms will receive their USDC payments on Mondays and payees with Net 30 will receive payments on the last date of the month.
  • Payment requests need to be submitted by Monday at 10am CST (UTC-5) to be processed that week. Otherwise, payment will be delayed until the following Monday.
  • We are only offering payments in USDC (a stablecoin) at the moment. Please do not ask for payments in any other cryptocurrency.
  • It is your sole responsibility to enter the correct wallet address. If you're unfamiliar with USDC or ERC20 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain, we recommend doing your own research to make sure you are comfortable with receiving payment in USDC. Our team will be unable to answer questions on which wallet to use or other questions related to receiving or using USDC.
  • The fee to receive a payment in USDC is $15 at the moment due to the fees paid on our end to process these payments.
  • You are limited to 3 wallet addresses. Any addresses submitted after the 3rd wallet will be delayed.
